Well, it wasn’t the Hilton, it was a nice place for a young family. I noticed in the closet they even had things for chi Positive: It was comfortable. Having the kitchen was very nice for family dinner and breakfast. Tv’s in every room. Nice big beds.

非常差！ Positive: 没有 Negative: 酒店的实际状况和网站显示的评价差异巨大！ 我到了酒店，发现房间很脏，除了地上、床单、枕头、浴缸里的死虫子，餐厅高脚凳和桌子上的厚厚的灰尘，壁橱里的毯子随意的堆在架子上，我完全无法感受到所谓的五星酒店水准。我立刻打电话联系房东，但是他不接受我的意见，我按要求发了照片给他号码（booking沟通中无法发图片），没有回复。我立刻离开了，并马上联系booking要求退租，但booking打电话联系他，也不接电话。这是我真实的经历，我原本是计划租在这里，照顾刚刚手术完的孩子，但没想到，却让我经历了另一次打击！我的要求仅仅是干净整洁，难道这也是过分的要求吗？！ 希望我的经历，让更多的人少上当！

Would recommend to others! Positive: Great location, we could walk downtown in less than 30 minutes, quiet neighborhood, felt safe. Loved that they label everything so we didn’t have to keep flipping switches to turn lights on and off. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The most responsive and friendly owners I have ever experienced. They responded instantly and checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t have any issues. A+ Negative: Just nitpicking here, but could use a new shower curtain liner

We were booked for 4 nights,but left after 1 night because of the issues we encountered. Positive: The location. Initially, the communication with the host was quick and easy. The host was kind and offered us a reimbursement after learning that the cleaners had not done a good job. Kudos to him for that. Host seemed to understand that there were some repairs that needed to be done. Negative: It was not clean. Lots of dust. Whoever is cleaning their place is sadly not doing a good job. The place needs some TLC. It seems like at some point it would’ve been fantastic because it is well equipped, but now some things definitely need repair and things need replacement.

Positive: Spacious, nice design. Comfortable Negative: Suggestions for improvement- kettle. Hooks in bathroom. Towel for floor
