Great modern apartment near Delta Center for concerts. The stay had everything nicely labeled and the rooms were a good Positive: The apartment was really nice and modern. I liked how everything was labeled and the bathroom was really spacious. The location was great in terms of the concert we were attending at the delta center. The clubhouse amenities were nice. Place was clean Negative: The parking situation was a little confusing. The map was helpful in finding the garage but the attendants I spoke to in the garage said it was under new management and I did not need the fob for parking. They were confused about what I put my license plate into as far as booking and ended up giving me a code to get free parking so I wouldn’t get a ticket. The busy road did create a good amount of noise through the night. The bed was a little uncomfortable to me as I’m used to a softer bed but it was a good size. A few more towels would’ve been nice.

I would definitely stay here again. A great package arrangement and a good value for Salt Lake. Plenty of space in the Positive: Really interesting place. Perfectly located. A block away from the train to the airport and public transportation. The property had good amenities. Extremely comfortable beds. Though we didn’t cook, they had all the appliances we would’ve needed. There were also excellent common areas that had games, pool tables etc… just as shown in the photos. The furniture was comfortable and nice. I didn’t take photos of the inside of the building because I really felt that the website represented the apartment and the building just fine. Negative: I really like this property so I don’t have anything negative from my experience, though some people may have difficulty with technology so might find the check-in process a bit awkward. Once it’s figured out, it is easy- just read the instruction sheet. Might be a bit noisy, depending on where your place is located in the building. My apartment faced a busy street. But we are used to being in cities, so the city noise didn’t bother me. If you think that might be an issue for you, contact them. I loved the location of my place because right outside the apartment door was another door that led to an outside terrace where we had our morning coffee. That more than made up for any city noise We were extremely comfortable.

Positive: Looks just like the photos. Everything you could possibly need was available in the unit. Excellent gym facility with excellent equipment. Location was great for anything to do downtown. Would definitely stay again.
