It worked for the days we needed. Cleaners need to do better!…. Way better. Negative: Unfortunately it was dirty especially the sofa bed. The cleaners totally skipped it. Sheets were not changed and there was food/scrums/pet hair everywhere inside and all over the sofa bed. It was gross. The pillows in the room were full of pet fur and dirty with stains obviously not washed. You walk on the carpet with socks and would get full of pet fur on the socks. Also there are only 4 towels in the whole apartment there were 5 of us 😬. The shower liners needs an immediate change they were gross in both bathroom. Tub just look they way it does because it’s too old. There was no hand soap in one of the bathroom the bottle was empty. We were barely in the apartment the day we were there. We didn’t cook , so didn’t really use the stuff there. We used some dishes but we needed to wash them first they were also dirty with food still in them. I’m attaching some pictures. Also the sliding door is missing blinds so that was annoying especially at night. No privacy. Other than the dirtiness, the apartments it’s ok 2 private rooms w their own bathrooms. This was our experience! Some people don’t mind the dirtiness, we do.

A/C didn't work in one of the bedrooms - the bedroom that got the most sun. It was HOT in that room. This property is getting a bit run down. Check in was NOT accessible within the app - which created a 3 hour attempt at check-in. (then the property wasn't ready at the noted time - as the cleaners were running behind - but I had been told the property was ready) Once it was discovered that I only needed to use the links provided for check in, that fixed the issue - but those 3 hours were a nightmare! I believe it was AI who was "helping" with the issue, but it really wasn't helpful - and I figured out the fix on my own. I would not use this service again as the property wasn't worth the money and the check- in nightmare - well, I would like those 3 hours back!

Could have used some TLC, batteries missing in controls, no dishwashing supplies. Great location

Wonderful stay, would definitely revisit! Positive: Plenty of space, easy to find, close to shopping and restaurants. Negative: Could be noisy at times with neighbors and nearby jets at Hill Air Force Base.

It was clean, quite, nice and very comfortable. Positive: It was an amazing property. We went with out girls 2 and 4 and they had toys for them to play with. They loved it and they didn’t want to leave. We did 3 night💕 Negative: The rooms tvs weren’t programmed so we weren’t able to use them. But other than that it was a great experience.
