Good stay, problematic host Positive: We had a nice stay until check-out. My partner was sick and hadn't woken up. The owner arrived upset, rudely forced her out, ignoring her condition, and only after she paid him $225 for a one-hour late check-out he let her leave. Even at the Grand America, a 2-hour late check-out costs $50. Things happens, this not the way to treat a lady. I wonder what his wife would think or feel in this situation. Negative: The owner behavior.

It was a great stay. The location is amazing. Close to the Delta Center and the Gateway Mall. I found the place spacious and the kitchen very well planned. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and it was really easy to find everything that I needed. I do wish I had brought my own meat thermometer. I am staying here again in a couple of weeks and looking forward to it.
