Comfortable 2BR Apt - Heart of Sugarhouse

Decent accommodations with a very attentive host. Positive: Randall was very communicative. Check in was easy and we knew exactly what to expect. The heating/cooling system worked well and there was nice hot water in the shower. Everything was labeled and so things were easy to find. Negative: It was a little less nice than I had expected. Some chipping in the bathtub and peeling of the paint on the walls. I was surprised that there wasn't a vent in the bathroom. We had to open the bathroom window. It was nice out, so that wasn't a problem, but it would have been cold in the winter. We also couldn't find any sheets for the sofa bed.

Good location in Sugar House to stay with a group Positive: Good place. Accurate pictures. Nothing negative of note. Beds were comfortable. Small nicks in the kitchen here and there

We had an excellent stay and it's very close to the U of U hospital and Huntsman Cancer Institute. Positive: It was comfortable, it was nice to have a kitchen to use. The location was close to the U of U and the Huntsman Cancer Institute and it was a short drive to doctors appointments and procedures. Negative: Our code didn't work when we arrived. I also could not find the dishwasher tabs nor laundry detergent.

The VRBO surprise security requirements (photo, driver license, etc.) should be required upon booking, not arrival at the unit. The software for those security requirements should not allow proceeding without each step being entered in sequence. The door code should not be sent unless everything has been completed, as in the past.
